First nose: spring water, rubber (Springbank funk), light minerality and smokiness. With time: salt came to forefront, leather appeared — not fine furniture leather but a worn biker jacket from an industrial town, machine oil, worn-in character. After food (duck liver pâté with raspberry glaze): leather transformed from worn jacket to new car leather interior. Taste: bitterness of celandine, hot smoke (not smokiness), absence of oil, young aggressive spirit. After pâté: tobacco leaf, butteriness appeared that was initially absent. After water: salt, leather and tobacco gathered in final chord.
